Every day we come across unexpected experiences. And somewhere between these unexpected or unusual experiences, we find students who used to be great once but aren’t doing so well lately.
Nothing can be more hurtful than seeing a progressing student experiencing a fall. A student who has been popular for carrying an exceptional intellect but currently faces a breakdown.
Shattered because of many reasons, when he/she fails – it destroys expectations of his/her closest family members and friends.
There are many reasons for a student’s failure. Among many are the ones which are listed below. See if you’re currently experiencing these steps. If yes?! Then get over them fast before you, too, undergo a fall or failure.
Overconfidence is the mother of many sorts of failures. Believing yourself is important but as a popular saying it is, “Too much of anything is always infectious.”
Getting flattered by people’s positive comments about you, often make you weak. And thus, you’re ended up thinking as if only you’re the man. Thinking as if there has been only you as the most struggling one. Overconfidence weakens you and makes you off your game.
Itched by advice!
So once you’ve started believing your credibility extra-efficiently, you’re now itched by advice. You don’t like even the most experienced ones guiding you. ‘Cause now you find yourself above all. This is the second step which leads you closer to your failure.
Focusing more on your achievements than failures
While you realize you’ve not been doing so well as a student, you start to tell yourself how great you had previously been.
Keeping more of your focus to achievements you had, you forget to learn from mistakes. Instead, you don’t see your failures or mistakes as a learning point. Eventually, you get even closer to your failure.
Not getting along with rules of the world
Experiencing downfalls day by day, gradually with increments to it? You go under a mental-disorder. People start bothering you and their guidance makes you unhappy.
Listening to no-one, you’re left with all yourself, “yet overconfident and yet a failure”.
Now you’re jealous. And jealousy is a factor which deprives you from focusing on your goals. Instead, you’re more focused over other’s achievements and unhappy about it.
Considering the fact that everyone else is succeeding but not you, it breaks you. This infects your mental state and you find inner-peace decreasing from your life.
No matter how of a genius you’re, make sure you’re a life-long learner. Stay humble with positive mindsets, keeping a still focus on your aims and learning from mistakes. Life is like a roller coaster, and it goes on. And world keeps a massive amount of secrets for you to discover them. No matter how you much discover it more, there always remains an infinite amount of charisma left undiscovered. This is something we should never forget!
