The MS in Remote Sensing and Geographical Information System program at IGIS is intended to give an opportunity to the students with background in diverse fields like engineering, environmental sciences, agriculture, forestry, water resource management, city & regional planning, and telecommunication to apply geospatial tools in their respective fields. The MS program in remote sensing & GIS comprised of 30 credit hours with 24 credit hours of course work and 6 credit hours of research thesis. After completion of the MS Remote Sensing and GIS program at IGIS the graduated student is expected to apply the theory or practical knowledge using the geospatial technologies in their respective field of specialization.
